CHIN, CHEEK & JAW FACIAL IMPLANTS
Chin, cheek, and jaw implants are used in plastic surgery to bring the face into balance by building up the chin, the cheeks or the jaw.
Chin implants can be placed through small incisions beneath the chin and dramatically correct a small or recessed chin. Placing cheek implants through small incisions inside the mouth can augment the cheekbones. These implants can vary in size and shape depending upon the desired look. The angle of the jaw can be made slightly stronger and more defined with implants placed through the mouth.
The improvement in facial contours after placement of small implants can give a fuller, more balanced look and a more confident appearance.
